Oh dear looks like all the time Cas has spent with Dean is starting to rub off on him. Drinking and being belligerent, sounds just like a certain hunter.
Silly, silly angel. Where is Dean? Why isn't he trying to protect his angel?
(Is that trash being burned? Just curious, cause you can't do that here. Sometimes, you can't even use fireplaces, unless they're your only source of heat.)
We're required to recycle everything that's recyclable. That's free, and the city gives you a big bin.
We're also required to compost, and if it's deemed that you're putting too much food into the garbage, rather than the compost/yard waste bin, first you're charged $1 (wow), then they won't pick up your garbage until you comply. I'm actually in favor of composting, but having the trash guys check your garbage bags and turn you in really frosts me. Also, if you want to compost everything yourself, for your own use, someone has to come out and evaluate whether or not you have things set up correctly, and whether you might be sneaking the rest of your waste into someone else's garbage. WTFE.
We compost, we have a hugeee compost pile, but we also don;t really recycle because we can use the stuff for recycling for other things, like paper and card in the house fire etc. The huge bits go in the bonfire, but yeah! O_O
We so get off lightly here! But then again in this part of the world we're all kind of self sufficient where we can be!
We've also outlawed plastic bags, unless it's for takeout food, or unless they are super heavy duty, and can be reused an endless amount of times. If you happen to not have your reusable bags with you, for some reason, you're charged 5 cents for each bag you're "given." And I totally use those paper bags! I've had some of them for years.
