Not a good day for Mini-Sam

On our recent trip, we visited Wookey Hole; which, as well as its spectacular cave system, is famous for its circus-themed family attractions park and its cave-aged cheddar cheese.

Unfortunately Sam may have had too much of the afore-mentioned cheese just before bedtime, because it looks like his worst nightmare is about to come true!

Poor mini-Sam having to be surrounded by some giant clowns. Doesn't help a phobia at all to be confronted like this. I hope he is not too traumatized from the encounter.

Ah, Wookey Hole. More nostalgia. I did not know about the circus park, though (unless it's been so long I've just forgotten).

I think the circus park thing has been extended because it wasn't there when I went to Wookey last time, about five years ago.

Why do we torture our minis? Because it's funny!
