Most of you are no doubt aware that 24th January marks the birthday of one D. Winchester Esquire, and by extension, it also marks the birthday of his mini-incarnations too.

Now, the 24th January 2016 happens to be a Sunday, and a very special event is going to happen here in London.  A group of us UK-based ladies (and one honorary lady), including all three of your mods, are going to be meeting up on Sunday 24th, all accompanied by our many and varied mini-Deans, with the intention of creating the largest gathering of mini-Deans in the history of ever.

I'm so very sorry London, but it just has to be done.

Now, this got mini-Dean, and us mods to thinking, and we have decided to extend the Dean collective theme to the community for that weekend.

So, we invite all you lovely mini-mommas to make the weekend of Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th January, a deluge of Deans, and flood the comm with mini-Dean and all his variants.  Pictures, comics, fics, drabbles ... whatever floats your boat, as long as the focus is mini-Dean.

It's not a competition; there are no prizes, just the opportunity to join in the fun and make this special weekend even more special!

Don't forget to tag all entries 'Dean's birthday bash' so that we can pick them up and make a master post after the event!

Finally, mini-Dean, being the quiet and unassuming little plastic person that he is, has helped me produce a nice, subtle and understated banner to promote his party ...

Every Friday after work, Mr D and I meet up in our local coffee shop before we head home and just chill out over a cappuccino for a little while.

I was a little late leaving this evening, so Mr D had time to pop home first, and it appears he picked up a hitch hiker ...

A hitch-hiker who decided he wanted to share my cappuccino.
A hitch-hiker who suddenly found that balancing on he edge of my cup was harder than it looks (especially when Dizzo is a hopeless butterfingers) ...
